Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within two business days. If any items are not immediately available from stock they will be backordered and will be shipped separately from the rest of your order. You will be notified by e-mail if any part of your order is backordered and will be offered the option to cancel that portion of your order without penalty.

Some of the products we offer for sale may ship from locations other than our primary facilities which may result in your order being shipped in multiple packages from multiple locations and at different times.

While we attempt to ship all orders promptly, occasionally delays may occur due to conditions beyond our control such as weather, delays caused by shipping companies or suppliers or other causes not originating with us. You agree that we shall be held blameless for any such delays.

Return Policy and Procedure

We want you to be happy with your purchases. We strive to provide only the best quality merchandise and the best customer service. Sometimes, however, things do go wrong. The item may be defective, we may have accidentally shipped the wrong item, or after receiving the item it may not be exactly what you wanted. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Most items may be returned for refund or store credit within 30 days of the original shipping date. Specific exceptions may apply for certain types of merchandise or for specific products.

You must obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization number (RMA) from us prior to returning any item. Any returns received without an MRA will be refused and returned.

Cash refunds cannot be issued for credit card purchases. They will be refunded as a credit to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.

How to request an MRA

To request an MRA please follow this procedure:

  • Click on the My Account link here or on the top navigation bar of our web site page
  • Click on the “View the orders I have made” link
  • Click on the “View” button for the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return
  • Click the “Need to return this product?” link under the product you wish to return
    • To return multiple products repeat this process for each product.
    • Once you have submitted a return request the “Need to return this product?” link will change to a link that can be used to track the status of your return.
  • On the Return a Product page
    • Enter the quantity of the selected product you will be returning (assuming you purchased more than one) in the box in front of the product name.
    • Select the reason you are returning the item from the dropdown selection list.
    • Select your preferred method of refund from the dropdown selection list.
      • Note credit card purchases can only be refunded by exchange, store credit or credit to the same credit card.
    • Enter any additional comments that you feel will be useful in processing your return.
    • Click the “Submit” button.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be displayed. You should write this number down or print this page. You should refer to this RMA number in any correspondence regarding this return and will need to include the RMA number on the shipping label used to return the merchandise to us. You will also receive an e-mail containing the RMA number.
  • DO NOT SHIP THE PRODUCT YET
  • We will review your return request within two business days and will send you an e-mail with further instructions.
  • Follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive.
  • If you do not receive an e-mail within two business days of your return request you may contact us by using the Contact Us link on our web site or by e-mail at CubeWarrior@cubewarrior.com.

Defective items or items where we made a mistake, such as shipping the wrong item, may be returned (with an MRA) within 30 days of the order shipment date provided they are in their original packaging with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc. where applicable.

Clearance items, downloaded electronic products or products noted as non-refundable are non-returnable.

Packaged computer software, music, video games or any products recorded on DVDs, CDs, tapes or other electronic media may only be returned for exchange for the identical product unless they were shipped in error on our part.

Items that are not defective, not clearance items, not noted at the time of purchase as non-refundable or where there was no error on our part may also be returned for any reason within 30 days of the order shipment date. You must obtain an MRA and the merchandise must be in as-new condition in its original packaging with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc. where applicable. You will be refunded or credited (your choice) an amount equal to the original purchase price of the item or items plus applicable taxes but not including shipping charges.

How to ship a return

Be sure to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization number (MRA) BEFORE shipping any returned item. The merchandise to be returned should be packaged securely inside a suitable shipping container or box using adequate padding to prevent damage. Do not affix shipping labels, MRA numbers, postage or anything else to the original merchandise package. Inside the package, just to be safe, include a note with your name, address, phone number and MRA number.

Attach a shipping label with our address and your return address to the shipping container. The shipping address should be:

If you are returning multiple items, place any one MRA number on the shipping label and list all MRA numbers on a note packed inside with the returned merchandise.

The merchandise must be shipped pre-paid. We will not accept COD shipments.
